RETURNS
To facilitate any Return operations, it is advisable to be very careful during the Delivery phase of your products.
DELIVERY
When accepting the goods it is ALWAYS necessary to affix, next to the signature of successful delivery, the words "Acceptance with reserve" on the transport document that remains with the courier. (Not on the copy of the order).
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, we advise our customers to check:
- the correspondence between the number of packages delivered and what is indicated on the transport document (DDT);
- the integrity of the packaging which must not show: dents, cuts, signs of compression or contact with water;
- possible manipulation of the packaging materials of the package (Bobool adhesive tape, plastic straps, metal staples that seal the plasticised straps, etc.).
Any damage to the packaging and/or products or a mismatching number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery.
How? By placing the words "Acceptance with reserve" next to the signature, and possibly specifying the reason: "punctured packaging", "crushed packaging", etc.
If the product is visibly damaged and the courier refuses the reserve on the delivery note, please refuse the product and indicate "package refused as it is visibly damaged" or "package refused because the courier refuses the reservation" on the delivery note and send us timely notice of this.
NB The acceptance reserve must be strictly affixed by the customer. We recommend to distrust the driver if they communicate that they will apply the reserve themselves later or claims that they have already done so, because this often does not happen and if no claim is made at the time of the attempted delivery, it will then not be possible to access the insurance to compensate for the damage.
We remind you that it is essential to always affix the words "Acceptance with reserve" to obtain compensation for any damages.
It is recommended to affix this wording even if the package is apparently intact on the outside. In this case, it is advisable to write: "Acceptance with reserve - Package intact".
In fact, once the courier’s document has been signed without having expressed any reserve, the Customer will not be able to present any objection about the external characteristics and/or physical integrity of what has been delivered. Therefore, in the absence of the goods' "Acceptance with reserve", any complaints shall not be taken into consideration and it will not be possible to start the procedures for a replacement.
NB: please keep the receipt of the shipment, packaging, damaged products and any proof of the claim carefully.
In case of a return, the packaging shall be returned intact and must be inside a perfect container for any product movements.
In addition to the original packaging, also carefully store the manuals and accessories relating to the product, as they are integral parts of the product itself.
Episodes of missing items or damage on shipments are very rare. However, it is crucial, in the unfortunate event of this type, that the customer follows these instructions precisely. This allows you to correctly activate the procedures for requesting damage to the insurance and to quickly replace the damaged or stolen product. The unreserved acceptance of a package or the late reporting of the claim can make the damage non-refundable.
In the event that the order is not delivered within the deadline for reasons not attributable to us (e.g. address provided that is incorrect), the delivery costs and storage costs will be charged to the customer, which will be calculated on a case basis.
RETURNS
1. Return for product damaged and/or missing during transport:
In the event that the product is damaged during transport, in order to take advantage of the insurance included in the price, the Customer must have accepted the delivery with reservation (see DELIVERY section) and report the incident no later than 24 h by email.

2. Return for product's lack of conformity:
In the event of lack of conformity, the customer has the right to restore the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement without charge, or to an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract. At their discretion, the customer may ask the Seller to repair the goods or replace them, without charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other.
Pursuant to Article 57, Paragraph 2 (Legislative Decree 206/2005 Consumer Code) the customer is solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods themselves.
Any problems relating to the products received shall be reported no later than three days from delivery (the date indicated in the courier’s delivery note will be considered valid).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Information relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal per Article 49, Paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code.
The customer has the right, pursuant to the consumer code of the Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions, to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without having to provide any reasons, within 14 days from the day on which the customer (or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer), acquires physical possession of the asset.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform us of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email to bobool@bobool.it).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning their exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The direct and indirect costs of returning any goods shall be borne by and charged to the customer.
The customer is obliged to insure the shipment against theft and transport damage and to bear the relative costs. If the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss occurring during transport, Bobool reserves the right to charge for any damages suffered, by deducting these sums from the amounts to be reimbursed.
The risk of deterioration of the goods is subject to the complete responsibility of the customer, up to the attestation of receipt of the goods at our warehouse, whether it is shipping or in the event that the goods are damaged for reasons other than their transport.
The right of withdrawal lapses completely should the product be returned not intact, i.e.:
- lack of original packaging or inconsistent packaging;
- the product has been installed even partially;
- absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, screws, components, etc ...) and of the packaging (labels, identification tag, codes, etc ...);
- the product was damaged by causes other than transportation
Lacking the goods' essential condition of integrity and the additional conditions described above, the customer loses the right of withdrawal and the 11the purchased product will remain available at the warehouse for collection by the customer.The seller will notify of such event by means of a specific communication.
We will proceed with the reimbursement within 14 days of receipt of the goods, unless we have successfully carried out the checks relating to the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal, the integrity and suitability of the product and all the conditions listed for a correct exercising of the right of withdrawal.
In the event of a positive outcome of the aforementioned checks, all payments made by the customer will be reimbursed, including shipping costs incurred during the purchase.
This refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction unless otherwise indicated by the customer; in any case, the customer will not have to incur any costs as a result of this reimbursement.
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to made to measure goods or clearly personalised or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
